JCWVGOP Resolution 01-08 – Operation Honorable Recognition

Be it known that the Jefferson County West Virginia Grand Old Party (JCWVGOP) has on June 7, 2008 formally and unanimously resolved to support the proposal known as “Operation Honorable Recognition”, as drafted by Mr. Douglas Fargo Esq. of Charles Town, WV. Said proposal having been previously submitted for consideration and potential enactment to the Honorable, Joe Manchin III, Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House of Delegates of the Great State of West Virginia on June 13, 2007.

Mr. Fargo Esq. personally appeared before the regularly convened meeting of the JCWVGOP Executive Committee held at the Turf Restaurant located in Charles Town, WV on June 7, 2008. He presented his proposal in detail and provided, for the Committee’s review,several exhibits demonstrating the proposal’s history up to that date. The referenced exhibits are attached to this report. (NOTE: A brief biographical sketch of Mr. Fargo has also been provided)
