The newly created 66th district for the W.Va. House of Delegates spans the southern portion of Jefferson County. This article in the Hagerstown Herald-Mail describes why Paul Espinosa would like to fill that seat.

“I believe Jefferson County needs a strong, fiscally conservative representative for the 66th district,” Espinosa said in a news release. “I’m confident I can effectively represent the 66th District and serve as an advocate on issues we care about, including economic development, first-rate schools, greater government accountability and transparency, and controlling government spending.”
